1. General Information
Overview
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. For detailed information, please refer to this privacy policy.
Data collection on our website
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You will find their contact details in the section "Notice regarding the responsible party".
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected partly by you providing it to us. This may be done, for example, by contacting us via email or (if available) via a contact form.
Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, time of page request). The collection of this data takes place automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided error-free. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour, provided you have consented to this (category "Statistics" in the cookie settings).
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have consented to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. Furthermore, you have a right of complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
You can contact us or our data protection officer at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of data protection.

General legal bases for data processing
Unless a more specific legal basis is named in this privacy policy, we process personal data on the following bases:
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent)
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures)
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation)
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest, e.g. secure operation of the website, abuse prevention, error analysis)
Recipients and processors
We only pass on personal data if this is necessary for the fulfilment of our tasks, there is a legal obligation, or you have consented. For the operation of this website and our IT, we may use service providers (e.g. hosting, maintenance, IT security). These service providers are contractually obligated as processors under Art. 28 GDPR and may only process data according to our instructions.
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period has been mentioned within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified deletion request or revoke consent, your data will be deleted, provided there are no other legally permissible grounds for storage (e.g. commercial or tax-related retention periods). In such cases, deletion takes place after these grounds no longer apply.
Data transfer to third countries
When integrating third-party services, a transfer of data to countries outside the EU/EEA cannot be ruled out. In such cases, a transfer only takes place if the legal requirements are met (e.g. adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or your express consent).
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for direct advertising purposes.
Right of complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. The authority responsible for us is in particular:
Der Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
Schloss Schwerin, Lennéstraße 1
19053 Schwerin
Email: info@datenschutz-mv.de
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only take place insofar as it is technically feasible.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser begins with "https://" and by the lock symbol.
Information, correction, deletion
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction or deletion of this data where applicable.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data. This right exists in particular if:
- you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us (for the duration of verification),
- the processing is unlawful and you demand restriction instead of deletion,
- we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims,
- you have lodged an objection under Art. 21 GDPR (for the duration of the balancing of interests).
3. Data Collection on Our Website
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and saved by your browser.
- Technically necessary cookies: These are required for the operation of the website. The legal basis is § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
- Cookies for statistical purposes: These are only set if you have consented via the cookie settings. The legal basis is your consent under § 25 para. 1 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
You can adjust your selection at any time via the "Cookie Settings" on the website and revoke consent given.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are in particular:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address (anonymised/shortened where possible)
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection takes place to ensure operation, IT security and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Processing of data (contact / communication)
When you contact us (e.g. by email, telephone or, if applicable, contact form), we process the data you submit (e.g. name, email address, content of the request) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures/contract) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication). The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose ceases and no legal retention obligations apply.
Application
If you apply to us (e.g. by email to bewerbung@aero-coating.de), we process your application data (e.g. master data, contact details, CV, certificates, communication content) to carry out the application procedure. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures) and additionally § 26 BDSG (data processing in the employment context). If no employment is offered, we generally delete application documents no later than 6 months after the conclusion of the procedure, unless longer storage is legally required or you have expressly consented to longer storage (e.g. talent pool).
Analysis tools and tools from third-party providers
We may use functions for statistical evaluation (category "Statistics") on this website. Such tools help us understand how visitors use the website in order to improve content and technology. Use only takes place after your consent via the cookie settings. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG. You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
Plugins and tools
Insofar as we integrate third-party content or services on this website (e.g. maps, videos, external fonts, embedded content), the transmission of your IP address and other technical data to the respective third-party provider may occur for technical reasons. Such integrations only take place if necessary for the display or if you have given consent (e.g. via the cookie settings). The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional, secure presentation), where legally permissible.
