A professional application process is part of our culture. Our goal is to find employees who are a good fit both professionally and personally. To achieve this, we follow a clear and transparent process without unnecessary steps.

The first step is your application by email or via an open position on our website.
What we expect: a meaningful résumé, relevant certificates or qualification records, a short explanation of why you would like to work at Aero-Coating. Perfect cover letters are not essential. Clarity and honesty are.
Step 2 — Initial Review
After receiving your application, we review your documents from both a technical and organizational perspective.
In particular, we look at: professional fundamentals, relevant experience or willingness to learn, fit with the advertised position. You will receive feedback in any case — even if we decide not to proceed.
Step 3 — Getting to Know Each Other
If your application matches our requirements, we invite you to a personal interview. Depending on the position, this may take place on-site or digitally.
The discussion focuses on: your previous experience, the specific role at Aero-Coating, mutual expectations.
Step 4 — Technical Discussion
For certain positions, a second interview or a technical deep dive may follow.
This is less about theory and more about understanding processes, workflows, and responsibility. We want to understand: how you approach tasks, how you handle responsibility, whether our way of working suits you.
Step 5 — Decision
After completing the interviews, we make a timely decision. If both sides are convinced, you will receive a concrete offer.
